Peer Review Corner

This is a space where members can submit materials—like grant drafts, flyers, or public statements—for friendly feedback from other members! By participating in the NEPA PULSE Peer Review Corner, members agree to the terms listed in the Disclaimer at the bottom of this page.

Peer Review Disclaimer:

By participating in the NEPA PULSE Peer Review Corner, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Confidentiality is a shared responsibility. We expect that all members reviewing submissions to treat them with respect, discretion, and care. Do not share submitted materials or related feedback with anyone other than the original creator without the original creator’s permission.

  2. Submissions are not published publicly. All content shared in this space is shared only with pre-approved, vetted peer reviewers and will not be distributed outside the network without consent.

  3. Your work remains your own. Submitting a draft for feedback does not transfer ownership or rights. You retain full authorship and control of how your materials are used or revised.

  4. Optional anonymity. If you prefer, you may submit your materials anonymously or with identifying details removed. Our team is happy to assist with redacting or formatting as needed.

  5. This is a space built on mutual support, not critique. We encourage constructive, affirming feedback that helps each other grow stronger—not just sharper.

  6. By submitting your materials for peer review, you’re also invited to serve as a reviewer for others—because everyone has insights to offer, not just receive.

  7. NEPA PULSE facilitates the Peer Review Corner as a voluntary, member-driven space. We are not legally responsible for the accuracy of feedback provided, the use or outcomes of submitted materials, or any decisions made based on peer input. While confidentiality is strongly encouraged and expected, NEPA PULSE cannot guarantee that materials will not be shared by reviewers. However, any member who breaches this trust may be removed from access to the Peer Review Corner and may lose member privileges.
