Get ready to turn the streets into a canvas of creativity! Color Splash! is NEPA PULSE’s new vibrant community block party, celebrating color, creativity, and connection. From bold chalk art to colorful crafts, music, food, and fun for all ages, this event brings people together in joyful, hands-on ways. Join us for our second annual Color Splash Block Party, our America250 Red, White, & Blue Edition, in downtown Towanda, PA!
As a Color Splash! sponsor, your brand will be front and center in a lively, family-friendly environment that celebrates expression, community spirit, and small-town pride. Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for our 2nd Annual Downtown Towanda Color Splash! Space is limited. Please read through the following event policies as you will be required to agree to abide by these policies when submitting your vendor application.
Color Splash Vendor Policies & Procedures:
Unless otherwise coordinated with NEPA PULSE, set-up time for vendors begins at 10:45am on the day of the event. Vendors are expected to be set up and ready no later than event start time (noon).
By submitting a vendor application, vendors agree to the following:
Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event unless prior approval is given. Teardown begins at 5pm and the street must be cleared off no later than 6pm.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup materials, including tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, and display equipment unless otherwise stated.
Each space is 10×10 and vendors must keep their booths confined to their assigned space.
Vendor spaces must be kept clean and free of trash during and after the event.
Vendors may only sell approved items listed on their application.
Food vendors must comply with all applicable health department requirements and licensing regulations.
Electricity access is limited and may not be available to all vendors.
Vendors are responsible for securing tents and equipment safely in the event of wind or weather.
No illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, or excessively disruptive activity will be permitted.
Event organizers reserve the right to deny or remove vendors whose setup, products, or conduct are deemed inappropriate for the event.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers.
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own property, merchandise, and personal liability.

2026 NEPA PULSE Annual Meeting & Everyday Heart Awards
We are very excited to invite the community to our first Annual Meeting & Awards! Come out and celebrate the last year of community happenings and the people and organizations that make things happen!

This year we will be giving out nine awards, listed below, with nominations open from April 7th to April 21st. Click here to nominate!
Educator of the Year - recognizing an outstanding educator teaching in Northeast Pennsylvania who has made a significant positive impact on their students, school, and community in the last 12 months.
Collaboration of the Year - recognizing an outstanding partnership of two or more organizations in Northeast Pennsylvania that has made a significant positive impact on their community in the last 12 months.
Community Impact Award - recognizing an individual, group, or organization that has made a significant impact on a community in Northeast Pennsylvania. The Community Impact Award aims to honor those who do the quiet, often under-acknowledged, work in their local communities. Nominees for this award exhibit high collaborative spirit, are extremely engaged in their community, and demonstrate an outstanding commitment to improving their communities through volunteerism, philanthropy, and innovation.
Young Changemaker Award - recognizing an individual under 20 years old who is doing great community service work and making positive change in Northeast Pennsylvania, who is deeply engaged in their community.
Historic Preservation Award - recognizing a project focused on preserving a historically significant site or facility in Northeast Pennsylvania, or preserving records and materials related to the history of Northeast Pennsylvania.
Community Beautification Award - recognizing an outstanding community beautification project in Northeast Pennsylvania that has been completed within the last 12 months.

Bacorn for a webinar on Organizational Governance and Best Practices where we will review and discuss what it means to have good governance, and how good governance and following best practices help build community trust. Hosted quarterly by NEPA PULSE, this roundtable creates a trusted environment where changemakers across sectors can exchange ideas, share challenges, and explore opportunities to strengthen our communities.
Each session will focus on timely topics affecting the region—from funding challenges and partnership opportunities to workforce needs and policy updates—while centering the lived experiences and leadership of those driving impact on the ground.
