TOWANDA, PA — This May, a new transformative force is stepping onto the scene to ignite positive change across Northeast Pennsylvania. NEPA PULSE — Northeast Pennsylvania Partnerships Unlocking Local Support & Engagement — has officially launched its operations, marking the beginning of an exciting, coordinated movement to empower residents, strengthen local organizations, and build stronger, more connected communities across the region.
At its core, NEPA PULSE was founded on a simple but powerful belief: when communities come together, incredible things happen. The organization’s mission is to unlock the full potential of Northeast Pennsylvania through collaboration, innovation, and collective action — providing residents and organizations alike with the tools, support, and inspiration they need to thrive.
